Residential Home Inspection
A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of accessible areas of a home which identifies defects within specific systems and components that are observed by the inspector. The inspection is based on observations made on the date of the inspection and not a prediction of future conditions. A home inspection will not reveal every issue that exists. TDC Diversified LLC follows the Standards of Practice defined by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
