The Inspector shall inspect from ground level or the eaves:
  • Roof-covering material
  • Gutters
  • Downspouts​
  • Vents, flashing, skylights, chimney and other roof penetrations
  • General structure of roof

The inspection report shall include:
  • Type of roofing material
  • Condition of the items inspected above
  • Observed indication of damage/leaks
