The Inspector shall inspect:
  • Heating and cooling system, using normal operating controls
 
The inspection report shall include:
  • Location of the thermostat for the heating and cooling system
  • Energy source
  • Heating and cooling method
  • Condition of the items inspected above
  • Any heating or cooling system that did not operate
  • If heating or cooling system was deemed inaccessible
