The Inspector shall inspect:
  • Insulation and ventilation in unfinished spaces, including attics, crawlspaces and foundation areas
  • Mechanical exhaust systems in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry area​

The inspection report shall include:
  • Type of insulation observed
  • Approximate average depth of insulation observed at the unfinished attic floor area or roof structure
  • Condition of the inspected items above
  • Any general absence of insulation or ventilation in unfinished spaces
