Tim Cook started TDC Diversified over a decade ago as a furniture moving business.  After a couple of years, he ventured into home restoration and remodeling using the experience gleaned from 20 years designing and remodeling family homes.  Later, working closely with real estate agents, he gained experience restoring damaged rental homes and learned the basics of the real estate trade.  

While shopping for a home in Tennessee, his personal real estate agent noticed he had a knack for pinpointing hidden issues with homes and suggested looking into becoming a home inspector.  He completed training at American Home Inspectors Training Institute in 2018 and became a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.  He is licensed and insured in the state of Tennessee; servicing Clarksville and surrounding areas.  

"I grew up on the West Coast and eventually settled in Arizona where I met my wife, Patricia.  We have been married for 10 years and have 2 sons; Carter and Cameron.  We moved to Clarksville in 2016 and fell in love with the climate and community.  We look forward to spending many more years here and serving this community."
